Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 10-15 business days (M-F). Shipping time estimates offered at checkout (Standard)
begin when your order has been fulfilled, not when the order is placed. We do not offer Overnight, Next Day or Expedited shipping.
Thank you for your patience! Shipping does not include any U.S. holidays and/or announced shop closures. Please note, worldwide
shipping policy changes are outside of our control and we are working with multiple shipping partners in an effort to provide the best
shipping experience.
We cannot combine shipping.
International customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, taxes, (DAP) Delivered At Place, Brokerage fees, and/or other fees
associated with their country/region. The Shop will not refund/return any fees associated/affiliated with those orders, including
packages that have been refused by the customer (you) or abandoned by the carrier. Please refer to the most recent VAT rates for
your specific country/region.
Please note that international shipments may not always have tracking numbers once the order has left the U.S., therefore
international customers may need to file claims via their local carriers should a package be lost/damaged in transit.
If any orders are returned to us as non-deliverable (due to incorrect address, incorrect info, customer was not available for delivery,
etc), we will offer to re-ship at the customer's expense.
